Welcome to No 1 Welsh Wing Leadership Course

The course is designed for senior cadets and JNCOs who want to know more about the nature of leadership and to explore their own potential. Successful completion of the course qualifies as a BTEC activity and introduces participants to subjects such as Power & Influence, Body Language, Communication Skills, Interviewing Techniques, SMEAC and Leadership Values.

We can only touch on some of these subjects but hope that participants will then be inspired to learn much more about them. Each subject is covered by an experienced and qualified instructor and backed up with practical exercises.
